Job Description

1. Identify and develop new business opportunities in the IT and cybersecurity sectors.
2. Generate leads, follow up with potential clients, and convert opportunities into sales.
3. Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and sales documentation.
4. Maintain CRM records and track sales pipeline.
5. Conduct market research and monitor competitor activities to support sales strategies.
6. Support BD Manager in client meetings and negotiations.
7. Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall revenue growth.

Job Requirements

1. Possess experience in business development, sales, or client management, preferably in IT or tech industry.
2. Welcome fresh graduates and encourage interns (preferably with a background in IT, cybersecurity, or computer science).
3. Candidates with experience in IAAS, Public Cloud, or IDC (Data Center) environments, as well as familiarity with SAAS solutions (particularly in the DDOS or Security Domain), AWS, Cloud platforms, or CDN services, will be highly regarded; however, candidates with proven sales experience or backgrounds in payment, financial services, and software development, along with established client networks or customer resources, are also strongly encouraged to apply.
4. Basic understanding of cybersecurity solutions and IT services.
5. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in Mandarin (English and Malay is an advantage).
6. Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
