Job Description

 Key Responsibilities

• Assist in daily accounting operations including data entry, document filing, and verification
• Support month-end closing and financial reporting activities
• Perform account reconciliations and help maintain accurate financial records
• Assist in processing invoices, payments, and receipts
• Support the Accounts/Finance team with administrative and ad hoc tasks
• Ensure all work complies with company policies and accounting standards

Job Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fields
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles and financial statements
• Familiarity with Microsoft Excel
• Data entry accuracy and attention to detail
• Good organizational and time management skills
• Positive working attitude and eagerness to learn
• Confidentiality and integrity in handling financial data 
• Able to commit to the internship period as stated
