Work you’ll do

You will be making an impact in the following L&D areas, ensuring efficiency, standards and quality in learning delivery and technology tools

• Operations: Support end to end learning operations, from planning to delivery, including logistic, virtual or in-person support, management of learning calendar and resources (faculty, vendor, facility and inventory)
• Technology: Support the development of learning technology tools throughout their lifecycle, from ideation to prototyping to user acceptance testing. Additionally, play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of database systems and contribute to learning analytics
• Administration: Provide learning administration support and act as business partner to our people. Leverage reporting tools to produce regular reports and to ensure compliance with defined processes
• Other Projects: Support regional learning projects and initiatives as assigned

Requirements

• Degree in relevant or related field 
• Internships or experiences involving data visualization (e.g. Power BI), database management, and SQL development are advantageous
• Solutions focused, with a focus on quality assurance and solutions-oriented thinking.
• Experience in developing and maintaining interactive dashboards. 
• Ability to work effectively in team and communicate clearly with others
• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
• Proficient in MS Office and willingness to learn new technology tools 
• Preferred experience in a consulting, professional services, or corporate environment
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
