Work you’ll do

• Handle & process new application of work & stay permits (i.e RPTKA, work permit, work visa, dependent visa).
• Handle & process renewal application of work & stay permits (i.e RPTKA, work permit, ITAS).
• Handle & process cancellation of work & stay rermits - EPO (Exit Permit Only) and ERP.
• Handle address and passport mutation / change of address and change of passport.
• Handle billing process.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties assigned by the engagement team.

Requirements
 

• Possess Bachelor’s Degree in related disciplines.

• Min 2 years of working experience in Immigration related matters.

• Strong proficiency in both written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia.

• Possess good organizational skills and able to prioritize work to meet tight deadline.

• Possess good working knowledge of Microsoft Office Word, Excel, Powerpoint, etc.

• Has keen interest to work on Indonesia Immigration area.
