Work you’ll do

  • Ensure all expense claims are thoroughly reviewed for compliance with SEA policies, maintaining high standards of quality and accuracy.
  • Stay fluent in SEA policies and apply them consistently to ensure firm-wide compliance, addressing any non-compliant claims with timely recoupment from employees.
  • Maintain a 48-hour response time to all queries, ensuring efficient communication with stakeholders.
  • Complete all mandatory training programs, contributing to continuous personal and team growth.
  • Actively participate in initiatives aimed at improving processes, bringing fresh ideas for optimization.
  • Engage in team and service line events, fostering a positive work culture and strengthening teamwork.
  • Utilize Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) to support your work, with advanced proficiency being an advantage.
  • Understand and contribute to the achievement of SLAs and KPIs, supporting the team’s success and performance targets.
  • Work effectively with virtual teams, resolving issues and delivering excellent customer service.
  • Share information, assist colleagues, and collaborate to ensure the team meets its objectives.
  • Keep track of daily statistics and assist with month-end reporting as required, ensuring accuracy and timely completion.
  • Liaise with business units to address non-compliant claims, providing clear guidance and ensuring smooth resolution.
  • Determine when escalation of non-compliant claims is necessary and work closely with the Expense Compliance Assistant Manager to resolve complex issues.
  • Coordinate with payroll and accounts payable to ensure payments are processed accurately and on time.
  • Provide constructive feedback to improve communication between the business and the Payables/Attest Assistant Manager, recommending policy adjustments or clarifications where needed.

Requirements

  • Degree with 1-5 years of experience in any finance operations role.
  • Fluent in English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Exceptional analytical skills, with a keen eye for detail and a high degree of accuracy.
  • Advanced Excel skills and strong overall computer literacy.
