Work you’ll do

 

Project Support & Research:

  • Assist in conducting research and gathering data for SEA WorldClass projects and programmes.
  • Prepare and update project documentation, reports, and presentations.
  • Support the development and organisation of project plans and timelines.

 

Administrative Tasks:

  • Assist with scheduling and coordination of team meetings, including taking notes and managing follow-up actions.
  • Organise and maintain project files including project and programme checklist, ensuring proper documentation of key milestones for each project and programme.
  • Help manage team correspondence, including responding to emails and tracking action items.

 

Content Creation & Communication:

  • Assist in drafting content for reports, proposals, presentations, and team communications.
  • Support the creation of social media content or other communication and learning materials.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to collect necessary information for content creation.

 

Data Entry & Analysis:

  • Perform data entry tasks and assist in maintaining impact databases.
  • Help analyse datasets to provide insights or track project progress, offering summaries or recommendations where relevant.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of team events, workshops, or training sessions.
  • Manage logistics for events, including coordinating with vendors and participants, setting up venues, and preparing materials.

 

Team Collaboration & Learning:

  • Collaborate with team members on cross-functional projects, providing necessary support where needed.
  • Attend team meetings and contribute ideas, learning from WorldClass Senior Manager and gaining exposure to industry knowledge.
  • Take part in professional development opportunities such as training sessions, webinars, or company-led events.

 

Ad Hoc Tasks:

  • Provide general support to the SEA WorldClass team on any ad hoc requests.
  • Adapt to changing priorities, assisting with urgent tasks as they arise.

Requirements

 

 

Education:

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Environmental Studies, Social Sciences, Public Policy, Talent Development, Nonprofit Management, or a related field.
  • Strong academic performance, with coursework or projects relevant to corporate social responsibility (CSR), sustainability, community engagement, or social impact or learning & development is highly desirable.

 

Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong communication skills: Ability to express ideas clearly, both verbally and in writing.
  • Organisational skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritise effectively, and meet deadlines.
  • Attention to detail: Strong focus on accuracy in tasks such as data entry, document preparation, and research.
  • Analytical skills: Ability to analyse data, conduct research, and provide insights.
  • Team player: Willingness to collaborate with different team members and contribute positively to group efforts.
  • Good interpersonal skills.

 

Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint): Ability to create reports, presentations, and manage data.
  • Familiarity with project management tools or collaboration platforms (Microsoft Teams) is advantageous.
  • Knowledge of basic data analysis tools or techniques (e.g., Excel functions, data visualisation such as Power BI) is a bonus.

 

Experience (Optional):

  • Previous internship or volunteer experience with nonprofits, social enterprises, or CSR initiatives is highly valued.
  • Involvement in community service projects related to education and skills development, student-led initiatives, or sustainability campaigns would be a plus.
  • Experience in working with diverse groups or community stakeholders, including schools, nonprofits, or government organisations, is an asset.
