Work you’ll do

 

  • Lead advisory M&A including buy-side, sell-side and capital raising
  • Focused on cross-border M&A transactions involving international, regional and national blue chip clients, emerging companies, financial investors as well as highly accomplished local companies
  • Management of key transaction work streams including direct liaison with key client stakeholders and external vendors/bidders
  • Preparation of marketing materials and other key deal documents
  • Development of valuation, financial and strategic analysis
  • Management of the due diligence process

Requirements

 

  • Completed undergraduate or master’s degree in accounting, finance or business majors from a recognized university with outstanding academic credentials or professional qualifications such as CPA, CA, CFA or MBA.
  • An understanding of business fundamentals: strategies, operating models, functions, macroeconomics.
  • Possesses numerical and analytical skills to produce concise and logical analyses and solutions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to articulate and present ideas confidently.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment with a highly driven team which values a high-performing culture mindset, collaboration, caring for each other and respect.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
