What you will do

Deloitte is growing its Strategy, Risk, and Transaction (SR&T) – Regulatory & Financial Risk practice in Southeast Asia. We provide risk transformation, data and modeling solutions focusing on some of the unique and complex issues our clients are facing. We advise our clients on how to optimize compliance programs, standardize processes and transform compliance to protect their value across the business, while building great visibility, efficiency and confidence for the future.
 

You will work alongside our clients to bring a rigorous, evidence based analytical capability to help them solve pressing and complex issues. This includes revealing insight and delivering value through pragmatic and actionable recommendations. You will have the opportunity to work collaboratively with our clients to understand the forces that are driving change, identifying opportunities and develop solutions across the whole organization. 

The nature of the work we do includes:

• Plan, initiate, and manage business and IT transformational projects, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives.
• Develop project scope, objectives, and milestones in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Create and manage detailed project plans, including schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Monitor project progress and performance, identifying and addressing issues that arise.
• Facilitate meetings and communication between project teams, stakeholders, and clients.
• Manage project risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Ensure adherence to project management best practices and standards.
• Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on project status.

You are someone with:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Project Manager, with a minimum of 5 years in project management roles.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Proficient in project management software and tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA).
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure.
• Relevant project management certification (e.g., PMP) is preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation skills, with high attention to detail and meticulous work habits.
• A high-performing, coachable team player who prioritizes continuous development, puts clients first, and exemplifies a values-driven mindset.
• Demonstrated success in mentoring, coaching, and developing high-performing teams.
