Work you’ll do:

 

You will be part of our INSPIRES Internship Program, working alongside with some of the best and brightest people anywhere, on behalf of many of the world’s most influential companies. You will be at the center of it all, performing research, data analysis and modelling to tackle complex business problems. In addition, you will contribute directly to the development of proposals, presentations and publications.

 

This program will allow you to various key capabilities and skills whilst gaining access to a wide scope of training and development activities. In addition, you will have an opportunity to work with like-minded people and gain exposure to a variety of projects within the chosen business area.

 

This role sits within Organization Transformation and you will have an opportunity to lead or manage change within complex organizations, including the ability to develop change management strategies, identify & manage change risks & issues, and to operate/interact with project, program and business leaders. Environment in which change experience would be deployed includes strategy development, business process transformation, M&A and ERP implementation. 

 

As an intern, your role will include but not limited to:

 

  • Gather and analyze information, formulate and test hypotheses 
  • Involve in discussions and work closely with Project Manager in developing recommendations for presentation to client management
  • Implement recommendations with project and client team members 
  • Provide support to clients to deliver organizational and change initiatives
  • Support and/or facilitate client workshops
  • Assisting in financial administration of engagements such as budgets, billing, and collections

Who we are looking for:

 

  • Available to start internship in March 2025 with a minimum commitment of 10 weeks.
  • Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resource Management / Psychology / Engineering / Marketing / Economics or equivalent.
  • Demonstrates good knowledge of change management methodologies will be an advantage.
  • Team player with effective interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Demonstrated leadership and teamwork within or outside a work setting.
  • Exceptional problem-solving ability. Logical reasoning, creative thinking, comfort with numbers, and the ability to untangle complex issues.
  • Strong passion for consulting, ability to adapt and cope in a fast pace, challenging work hours and environment
  • Fluent verbal and written English
