Job Description

Leading and managing board and executive compensation advisory projects encompassing a wide range of areas such as executive compensation practices, board remuneration benchmarking and policy enhancement, HR strategy, performance management, organizational design, and scorecard development. This includes designing and developing frameworks and solutions to address client challenges.

Ensuring the effective management of multiple client projects, including drafting statements of work, project plans, and budgets that involve multiple workflow streams and client teams.

Engaging in marketing initiatives by providing support in the development of compensation methodologies, contributing to proposal writing, and conducting surveys.

Establishing trusted advisor relationships with client contacts through effective communication and the efficient, high-quality execution of projects.
