Job Description

Manage the allocation of audit portfolios across partners and managers, ensuring balanced workloads.

Oversee ongoing audit portfolios to guarantee timely updates.

Coordinate with partners and managers to resolve any portfolio-related issues promptly.

Monitor wins and losses related to audit and assurance engagements and business development efforts.

Conduct research on industry trends, competitor activities, and target clients to generate actionable insights.

Develop client profiles and prepare research briefs to support business development strategies.

Assist in the creation and execution of strategic sales and marketing campaigns in the Jupiter system.

Coordinate internal teams to drive the sales and marketing campaign delivery, track and prepare ad-hoc/monthly reports.

Support the Clients & Industry team with the planning, logistics, management and post-event follow-up of client-facing events (virtual, hybrid, or physical), including webinars, conferences, roundtables, and networking sessions.

Work closely with the Brand, Marketing & Communications team to ensure business proposals align with company brand standards and compliance guidelines.
