Job Description

Lead the review, analysis, and interpretation of member firms financial data (P&L, Balance Sheet, Personnel, and key financial metrics), providing actionable insights and recommendations for regional and organizational performance.

Own the development and delivery of comprehensive executive-level reports and presentations for Deloitte Asia Pacific and member firm finance leadership, ensuring timely communication of financial results, trends, and strategic impacts.

Drive the enhancement and integration of financial reporting technologies (e.g., SAP) to enable advanced analytics, automation, and improved data quality.

Establish and maintain strong relationships with partner and director-level stakeholders across member firms, proactively providing expert guidance and tailored feedback to optimize reporting accuracy and business outcomes.

Champion continuous improvement initiatives, identifying, designing, and implementing process efficiencies that improve data collection, validation, and analysis.
