Job Description

Lead and manage Climate & Sustainability / ESG assurance and advisory engagements, ensuring timely delivery, quality outcomes, and compliance with professional standards.

Plan, manage, and execute assurance engagements in accordance with ISAE 3000, ISAE 3410, or other relevant assurance standards.

Manage multiple client engagements simultaneously, including project planning, budgeting, resource allocation, and overall engagement delivery.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as a trusted advisor while identifying opportunities to enhance service offerings.

Provide technical guidance on ESG reporting, sustainability disclosures, and ESG due diligence, helping clients navigate evolving regulatory and reporting requirements.

Contribute to the development and enhancement of ESG assurance methodologies, work programmes, toolkits, and best practices.

Monitor emerging ESG trends, sustainability frameworks, and regulatory developments, translating insights into practical recommendations for clients.

Support business development activities, including proposal preparation, client presentations, and identifying new assurance opportunities.

Lead, coach, and develop junior team members through effective delegation, mentoring, and performance feedback, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team culture.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams across Deloitte to deliver integrated solutions that create meaningful value for clients.
