Job Description

Assist to prepare workings and issue invoices and credit notes for monthly interfirm billings - mainly for blocked headcount model (including A&A, DSS, Global, AP and costs for TM).

Generate monthly WIP reports for each BU for T&M billing and work closely with the BU with related issues when necessary.

Liaise with BU and assist to issue invoices for all consolidated T&M billing with the correct tax codes.

Liaising with prime entities for reconciliation issues in relation to the T&M billing.

Provide additional information requested by prime entities in relation to the interfirm billings.

Follow up on long outstanding invoices and assists in any issue that require additional information or revision of invoice to meet the prime entities’ requirement.
