Job Description

As an Analyst supporting GFS-GDM team, you will focus on following areas:

Conduct extensive research using online databases, print materials, technical reports, scholarly articles, and original sources to update client master data (creation and amendment), while making logical associations across workflows to improve efficiency.

Create, maintain, and modify vendor records in SAP, performing due diligence through invoice and engagement letter review;

Assist in maintaining Profit Centers, Cost Centers, and Chart of Accounts.

Ensure accuracy, consistency, and integrity of client population and attributes, with a detailed understanding of data flow through Firm systems (SAP, SWIFT, Salesforce, etc.).

Perform operational and transactional activities, including external data validation via third-party tools (D&B, Hoovers, OneSource).

Communicate and collaborate effectively with Shared Services Functions, US/USI managers, other finance teams, and Member Firms, with minimal supervision.

Achieve defined targets and SLAs within timelines while maintaining high-quality standards.
