Job Description

Support Deloitte’s SWIFT Applications

Support and coordinate the efforts of Subject Matter Experts, Development, Quality Assurance, Usability, Training, Transport Management, and other internal resources for the successful implementation of system enhancements and fixes

Perform SAP ABAP and S/4 ABAP programming as required

Support daily Core SAP operations and provide timely and consistent resolution of third-level Support activities

Create and maintain internal documentation and end-user training materials as needed

Liaise with a learning group to provide input into training materials

Provide input to standards and guidelines and implement best practices to enable consistency across all projects

Participate in the continuous improvement processes, as assigned

Develop and enhance SAP objects including Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms, and Workflows (RICEFW)

Participate in technical design discussions and translate business requirements into technical specifications

Perform coding, unit testing, debugging, and troubleshooting of ABAP programs

Support SAP implementation, enhancement, and maintenance projects

Develop programs for data migration and data validation activities

Collaborate closely with functional consultants and business users to resolve system issues

Document technical developments, unit test results, and deployment activities

Provide post-go-live support and defect resolution
