Job Description

Configure and schedule SAP batch jobs/job chains in Redwood RunMyJobs platform

Troubleshoot failed batch processes per set guidelines

Monitor and kill batch jobs in SAP S4 via SM37 and SM50 during troubleshooting

Create time windows and submit frames to enable complex scheduling requirements

Configure and use Active monitoring module for failures alerts

Monitoring Data load activities and recovered failures in Dev, Quality system as a part of unit testing

Perform Workload distribution

Involving in solving high-prioritized tickets regarding extractions, performance issues and data load failures

Manage the master job schedule for SAP batch processes and other applications to facilitate delivery of accurate and timely reporting

Monitor Business Objects Data Services (BODS)

Configure dashboards and reports

Ability to perform multiple tasks simultaneously, requiring analytical and organizational skills

Explore and implement efficiencies in the tasks and operational procedures

Support multiple SAP Security tasks and projects after training
