Job Description

  • Administer HR processes throughout the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, performance management, and employee engagement.
  • Support the delivery and execution of HR programs aligned with business and people strategies.
  • Coordinate performance management activities, including performance reviews, confirmation processes, and employee development tracking
  • Assist with mobility management process, including work pass applications and renewals for foreign hires, assignees of member firms
  • Provide support in compensation and benefits administrations, including data updates, benefits claims and queries
  • Prepare HR documentation, maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and ensure timely data entry in HR systems
  • Monitor headcount and assist in tracking staffing costs and HR metrics for reporting purposes.
  • Act as a point of contact for employee queries and provide day-to-day HR operational support.
  • Help ensure compliance with internal policies and Malaysian employment legislation.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and dashboards for internal HR and business stakeholders.
  • Contribute to internal HR projects or initiatives, including those related to employee wellbeing, engagement, and inclusion.
  • Collaborate with regional and local HR colleagues to support consistent HR service delivery.
