Job Description

Execute quality control monitoring and testing processes of the Firm with respect to the client and engagement acceptance and continuance processes

Review, monitor, and ensure the timely completion of the execution of testing programs

Liaising with the individuals and reviewers involved, analyzing results and resulting matters to address

Prepare draft reports and schedules resulting from testing work done

Assist in handling critical/complex cases and know when to escalate and consult with Team Leaders

Suggest ways to improve efficiency of process and turnaround time

Able to handle questions and guide the team and/or internal stakeholders on applicable process and policies independently

Demonstrates consistent optimism and commitment towards work challenges
