Job Description

Work closely with immigration specialists and other team members to deliver comprehensive mobility solutions, which include handling administrative tasks, immigration document review, logistics arrangement, document storing, etc.

Stay updated on changes in immigration regulations in Malaysia to ensure compliance and provide guidance to clients.

Communicate effectively with authorities, clients and internal stakeholders to gather necessary information and provide updates on the status of mobility cases.

Implement and manage a risk check process to identify and assess potential compliance risks, ensuring all necessary safeguards are in place.

Have a clear overview on ongoing cases and manage escalations timely and professionally

Assist in preparing reports for clients and internal stakeholders, summarizing the status of expatriate assignments and compliance requirements.

Contribute to the development and enhancement of mobility processes and tools to improve efficiency and accuracy.

Billing to client and other Deloitte member firms for mobility cases completed.

Review of emails, paperwork prepared by junior staffs.
