Job Description

Support the team’s digitalisation and automation agenda by designing, developing and maintaining applications, automations, and data solutions that improve operational efficiency, data accuracy, and scalability across supported service lines.

Work closely with tax professionals, immigration specialists, and other team members to deliver comprehensive technology solutions.

Collaborate with cross‑functional teams on digital initiatives.

Design, develop, test and maintain software solutions to support business and operational needs.

Write, optimise and maintain code using relevant programming and scripting languages.

Troubleshoot, debug and resolve application or automation issues in a timely manner.

Build and enhance automation solutions using Microsoft tools (e.g. Power Automate, Power Apps) and custom scripts.

Develop and maintain data solutions, dashboards and reports to support operational and management insights.

Ensure solutions adhere to internal governance, security, and documentation standards.

Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to automate or streamline manual processes.
