Job Description

Supports analytics and reporting needs by collecting, analysing, and visualising data to provide actionable insights that improve operational efficiency, performance monitoring, and decision‑making across supported service lines.

Work closely with tax professionals, immigration specialists, and other team members to deliver comprehensive technology solutions.

Collaborate with cross‑functional teams on digital initiatives.

The role works closely with business stakeholders, automation teams, and analysts to translate data into meaningful dashboards, reports, and insights.

Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using data visualisation tools (e.g. Power BI, Qlik, Alteryx).

Analyse operational data to identify risks, delays, and recurring issues in compliance delivery.

Translate business and operational requirements into analytical solutions and reporting outputs. Develop and maintain data solutions, dashboards and reports to support operational and management insights.

Support automation and process improvement initiatives by improving data structures and reporting efficiency.

Ensure solutions adhere to internal governance, security, and documentation standards.

Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to automate or streamline manual processes.
