Job Description

Demonstrate advanced understanding of business processes, risk management, IT controls, and standards.

Identify and evaluate business and technology risks, internal controls, and opportunities for improvement.

Execute advanced services and supervise staff in delivering basic services.

Install, integrate, deploy, and maintain SailPoint IdentityIQ; develop and customize its components, connectors, workflows, and integration modules.

Implement custom rules, scripts, and plugins to extend SailPoint IdentityIQ functionality.

Perform day-to-day IAM operations in SailPoint IdentityIQ, including Compliance Manager, Lifecycle Manager, and Application On-boarding.

Communicate technical and functional aspects of the product and implementation to clients and partners.

Conduct requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation post-sales.

Manage project scope, schedule, status, and documentation.

Build and nurture positive relationships with clients to exceed expectations.

Identify opportunities to improve engagement profitability.
