Job Description

Maintain Professional Qualification (PQ) trackers and ensure accuracy of staff qualification, enrolment, and exam status data and results

Prepare and track Training Agreements (TAs), including coordination for approvals and sign-offs

Coordinate exam enrolment cycles, track deadlines, and follow up with employees

Manage tuition enrolments between students and providers

Act as a key point of contact for PQ-related queries and liaise with internal/external stakeholders, including delivering orientation briefings on PQ matters

Execute PQ processes and ensure compliance with firm and professional body requirements

Manage ad-hoc cases (e.g. enrolment issues, qualification pathways, special requests)
