Job Description

Participate in Deloitte’s digital transformation projects by promoting user adoption, improving data capture practices, and delivering meaningful business insights.

Act as first line of support for CRM related enquiries, troubleshooting and requests from SEA users.

Maintain and enhance the CRM support model by streamlining processes and implementing improvements.

Monitor and maintain data quality within the CRM system (Salesforce), ensuring accuracy, completeness, and consistency.

Develop reports/dashboards using Salesforce, and Excel.

Investigate and resolve data or reporting issues in a timely manner, working closely with relevant stakeholders.

Assist the CDI Director in managing the pursuit funding program, including applications tracking, reporting usage, and coordinating with stakeholders.

Provide administrative support for ad-hoc CRM projects or initiatives as required.
