Job Description

Partner with various Talent teams across Business Units and Countries to support the execution of regional Talent priorities across Southeast Asia, monitor progress and address delivery challenges

Support the design and continuous enhancement of regional Talent programmes across areas such as leadership development, talent management, end-to-end employee experience and workforce effectiveness.

Lead and execute regional Talent projects and workstreams, including planning, stakeholder management, governance and implementation across multiple countries

Develop talent insights, dashboards and management reporting to support workforce decisions and measure the effectiveness of Talent initiatives.
