Job Description

Actively participate in end-to-end M&A processes, including deal preparation, financial modeling, valuation, due diligence, negotiation and completion, across cross-functional project teams to a diverse client base.

Conduct detailed financial analysis and market research by utilising various research tools, public database to financial statements information.

Develop marketing materials such as investment teaser and information memorandum

Prepare detailed financial models for various transactions such as financing, acquisitions, and valuation.

Communicate effectively with engagement management, ensuring clear and concise delivery of information.

Prepare and manage engagement internal documentation including project setup, organisation, client acceptance procedures, and ongoing engagement files and working papers.

Contribute in practice development activities, including preparing training programs.

Participate in client management meetings and prepare client presentations.

Continuously develop expertise within your specialization.

Support business development activities including preparation of proposals, pitch decks, and target lists.
