Job Description

Liquidations (CVL, MVL, Court).

Receiverships.

Judicial Management (JM).

Schemes of Arrangement.

Corporate Voluntary Arrangements (CVA).

Prepare letters, notices, statutory filings, court documents, emails and reports to officers, creditors, debtors, regulators and other stakeholders.

Coordinate publication of statutory notices in newspapers by liaising with advertising agents.

Assist in conducting position assessments and perform due diligence on target business

Liaise with tax agents, auditors, accountants and company officers to coordinate accounts, audits and tax filings.

Assist in taking control of business premises, assets, books and statutory records, and in preparing analysis reports.

Conduct site visits to business premises.

Liaise with valuers for property, asset or business valuations.

Assist in asset realization, debt recovery and proof of debt exercises.

Conduct preliminary investigations of past transactions.

Support in financial review and preparation of restructuring proposals.

Attend meetings and prepare minutes.

Escalate issues and communicate clearly with seniors/managers in a timely manner.
