Job Description

Prepare and analyse data for weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual business reviews.

Perform various ad hoc analyses, including financial reconciliations, variance analysis, and other relevant performance metrics.

Monitor actuals, forecasts, and targets across key business metrics, such as sales, revenue, work in progress (WIP), expenses, and resource utilisation.

Prepare data analytics reports for senior management.

Engage periodically with senior leadership to present financial analyses, discuss recommendations, and provide financial advice on projects.

Support strategic projects and initiatives that drive business performance.

Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including Finance and Human Resources.

Participate in and take ownership of additional projects and initiatives, such as internal events and monthly and quarterly meetings.
