Job Description

Cultivate a culture of continuous improvement, focusing on Lean Six Sigma (LSS) methodologies and promoting data led statistical impact and decision making for our clients.

Lead the mobilisation of Black Belt, Green Belt, and Yellow Belt programmes, including content creation, programme preparation, invitations, training, examination, MI, reporting and communications. Lead training and project coaching.

Lead Process Discovery and Data Discovery initiatives following our Discovery frameworks, LSS methodology and statistical tools. Create future state designs with root cause analysis, impact assessment and solution feasibility.

Organise and promote Process Engineering Community events, supporting community growth.

Assist in establishing standards for communication, newsletters, and reporting. Promote LSS methodologies and its usage across the Bank.

Explore and implement innovative working methods through How we Lead, Automation and AI.

Encourage a highly engaged team to consistently deliver high-quality outputs that exceed user expectations.
