Job Description

Performing financial reporting valuations for business combinations, including purchase price allocations, enterprise values, intangible assets, financial instruments, and legal entities.

Supporting goodwill and indefinite-lived and long-lived asset impairment analyses for financial reporting purposes.

Conducting valuations for tax purposes across various tax matters, including tax written down allowances.

Assisting clients with business plan development, strategic investment decisions, and other financial objectives through valuation analyses.

Preparing valuations for derivative securities, debt instruments, employee stock option plans, and regulatory or compliance purposes.

Preparing valuations for other purposes, such as M&A, circulars and litigation support/ dispute resolution.
