Job Description

Lead and manage client engagements, including compliance season planning, concur the tax compliance deliverables, risk management and account management.

Keep abreast with the latest employment related regulatory development and ensure compliance with all applicable law and regulations.

Research and prepare materials for advisory projects related to employment tax planning.

Work with Partners/ Directors on business development opportunities.

Manage multiple projects and assignments and ensure that services provided are within the agreed service level.

Provide guidance and support to team members which aim to develop and motivate the engagement team.

Assist with financial performance management of the engagement by monitoring billing and collections status.

Involve in Public Speaking such as providing internal training, speak at client seminars/events.

To lead work-related initiatives such as technology, business development, talent management.
