Job Description

Work with our clients to understand their business requirements in the broader context of their digital strategy and transformation agenda.

Collaborate with Business Analysts, Business Strategists, UX Designers, Developers and Testers to deliver industry-leading experiences across a broad range of products and services.

Working with the team to ideate and conceptualize how to help clients dominate their respective business areas.

Work closely with Senior Consultants and Managers to conduct research, interpret results and make recommendations. More specifically:

Interact with case teams and clients
Conduct, draw insight and synthesize findings from qualitative and quantitative research
Analyse and model discrete data sets
Assist with the creation of client-ready presentations and prototypes
Creating experience visions, ability to work across customer channels and design omni channel experiences.
