Job Description

Analyze, design, configure, test, and implement SAP SD, Sales and OTC solutions based on business requirements and best practices.

Provide day to day support for SAP SD, Sales and OTC issues, troubleshoot and resolve problems, and escalate complex issues to senior consultants or developers.

Work closely with business users, stakeholders, and other SAP teams to understand and document business processes, requirements, and specifications.

Prepare functional and technical documentation, test cases, training materials, and user manuals.

Conduct user training and provide post-implementation support and maintenance.

Keep abreast of the latest SAP technologies, trends, and innovations.
