Job Description

Deliver end-to-end ServiceNow implementations across a range of enterprise solutions, tailored to client needs

Engage with clients to gather requirements, define solutions, and provide expert guidance on ServiceNow best practices.

Translate business needs into technical solutions through detailed design and hands-on configuration within the ServiceNow platform.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including project managers, developers, and client stakeholders to ensure successful delivery.

Provide mentorship and guidance to junior consultants and developers within the team.

Conduct workshops, training sessions, and client demos to ensure user adoption and solution alignment.

Perform system administration, platform upgrades, and patch management when necessary.

Ensure all deliverables adhere to quality standards, timelines, and budget requirements.

Stay updated on the latest ServiceNow releases and features, proactively identifying opportunities for improvement or innovation.

Assist in proposal development, pre-sales activities, and client presentations as needed.
