Job Description

Lead the end-to-end delivery of core banking implementation across multiple modules.

Develop E2E delivery plan in conjunction with client and vendor partners.

Serve as the primary point of contact for all project stakeholders, including client stakeholders, core banking product vendor, and third-party vendors. Ensure regular communication and manage expectations effectively.

Work closely with the core banking products vendor to ensure that products and services align with project objectives and timelines. Manage contractual agreements and service level expectations.

Coordinate with Deloitte functional consultants, technical leads, and data migration teams to ensure alignment across workstreams.

Provide hands-on support in technical discussions related to configurations, customizations, integrations, and data migration strategy.

Drive quality assurance including SIT/UAT planning, defect triage, and go-live readiness.

Track budget, effort, and resource utilization; provide regular status updates to Deloitte leadership as well as for all engagement governance forums as agreed with the client.

Tracking overall progress and making adjustments as needed to keep the delivery on track

Identify risks and issues, surface them to the program leadership and work with stakeholders to identify and execute mitigation actions
