On-going projects, ranging from valuation and pricing, M&A, capital management etc.

Implementation of IFRS 17 from both a technical and non-technical actuarial standpoint.

Past performance diagnostics and future strategy planning to support our clients achieve their growth objectives.

Target operating model design and implementation to facilitate digitalization, growth, efficiency etc.

Process improvement and technology enablement across the entire insurance value chain (including but not limited to distribution, underwriting and claims management).

New market entry for (re)insurers across SEA.

Business development initiatives, including identifying new opportunities, generating proposals and industry benchmarking.

Management and development of junior team members.
