Job Description

Act as the functional lead for Temenos Transact implementation across multiple modules.

Own the business requirements gathering process and conduct gap-fit analysis against Temenos functionality and solutions to address the gaps.

Develop specifications for Temenos Transact implementations (BRDs, FSDs, User Stories)

Identify and validate customization needed in the platform

Lead configuration, parameterization, and functional system testing efforts within Temenos.

Drive creation and review of functional specifications, solution designs, and interface requirements.

Provide subject matter expertise on Temenos capabilities, product roadmap, and best practices.

Support SIT/UAT cycles by providing inputs into test cases and coordinating issue resolution.

Lead and mentor a team of functional consultants, ensuring high-quality delivery and adherence to timelines.

Support end user training, cutover planning and post-go-live stabilization efforts.
