Lead and manage a team of around 20 QRM Specialists and Associates.

Oversee QRM daily operations and ensure compliance with firm policies.

Review and approve complex or high-risk cases with sound judgment.

Monitor workload, performance, and turnaround times to ensure efficiency.

Act as the main liaison between QRM operations, engagement teams, and leadership.

Drive continuous improvement and automation initiatives.

Conduct training, performance reviews, and coaching to develop team capability.

Prepare management reports and operational dashboards.

Support compliance audits, policy reviews, and risk reporting.

Promote a culture of quality, accountability, and collaboration.
