Job Description

Collate and provide relevant information and data to external tax agents; oversee the preparation and review of individual tax computations to ensure timely and accurate submission of personal tax returns for entities across South East Asia (SEA), and non-SEA jurisdictions where required.

Manage monthly tax requirements for the countries with monthly tax withholding obligations including shadow payroll set-up

Setting up and management of hypothetical tax arrangement for cross border assignees

Provide general tax briefings to cross border assignees

Work closely with the mobility and project teams to identify and assess potential tax implications arising from the cross-border movement of individuals within SEA and non-SEA jurisdictions.

Work with local finance teams to coordinate and manage personal tax payment matters across respective jurisdictions.

Handle correspondences, enquiries, and negotiations with relevant countries tax authorities, where necessary.

Support and provide tax technical advice to the Finance Operations team as and when required.

Work and interact effectively with both tax and non-tax colleagues, the engagement team, and collaborate with other finance functions and external advisers
