Job Description

Software package creation and deployment to endpoints for homogenous installation.

Manage Windows image lifecycle, including creation, deployment, and monthly patching.

Administer and maintain Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM/SCCM) and Intune environments.

Provide 2nd level global support for endpoint-related issues, including troubleshooting and performance optimization.

Collaborate with 1st line support and business stakeholders to analyze needs and deploy endpoint solutions.

Follow up on incidents across global locations and ensure resolution.

Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in endpoint management.

Job Requirements

Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role.

Strong knowledge of SCCM and/or Intune.

Solid understanding of Windows Server, Active Directory, and Group Policies.

Proficiency in English (B2 level or higher).

Readiness for occasional work outside regular working hours
