Job Description

Intern Sales & Marketing Job Scopes:

🔸Support in the planning & execution of social media content plans that are consistent with the company’s brand identity.

🔸Build & execute social media strategy through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, messaging and audience identification

🔸Conduct basic market research and competitor analysis to identify current trends.

🔸Help manage and update the company’s website and social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.).

🔸Involve in product photoshooting, basic photo/video editing for contect creation or Canva design work.

🔸Support the execution of advertising campaigns (Facebook/Instagram Ads), monitor ad performance & track engagement metrics (likes, clicks, reach, conversions, etc.).

🔸Reviewing sales performance against sales targets.

🔸Work closely with the manager or assigned staff member, and completing all allocated tasks.

Job Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Marketing/Digital Marketing/Mass Communication/Business or any equivalent fields.
• Passion for skincare & cosmetic (Female is more prefered).
• Basic knowledge of social media platforms (FB/IG/Tiktok).
• Creative & interested in content creation.
• Basic video editing skills (Canca/Capcut).
• Willing to learn & able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to work individually as well as in a group.
