We are seeking an organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to join our interior design team. This role is essential in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations by handling administrative tasks, issuing invoices and receipts, and preparing quotations for our clients. Responsibilities:

  • Perform general administrative duties such as answering calls, managing correspondence, and maintaining office supplies.
  • Issue invoices, receipts, and other financial documents in an accurate and timely manner.
  • Prepare and manage quotations for clients based on project specifications and design proposals.
  • Maintain organized records of financial transactions and client interactions.
  • Liaise with clients, suppliers, and contractors to ensure timely communication and follow-up.
  • Assist in coordinating schedules, meetings, and appointments for the team.
  • Support minor accounting tasks, including tracking expenses and managing petty cash.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth project workflows and administrative efficiency.
  • Handle ad-hoc administrative and operational tasks as assigned.

Job Requirements

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in an administrative or clerical role.
  • Basic knowledge of accounting principles and familiarity with invoicing systems.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic accounting software.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively and meet deadlines.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
