Job Description

  •  Responsible to lead, develop and coach all team members to ensure a high level of customer service as well as maximum profitability.
  • Collaborates with functional management teams to assess training and development needs. 
  • Monitor the effectiveness of the training programs.
  • Develop strategic training plans to implement an efficient and responsive training services team and relevant program.
  • Oversee relationship with vendors in training and development field. 
  • To audit Corporate Outlet & Franchise Outlets as per schedule
  • Prepare Learning & Training Materials 
  • Research and revise Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) in order to simplify and smoothen the process in each outlet
  • To support on implementation of Outlet Pre-Opening checking for smooth outlet opening
  • To support new outlets opening
  • Perform any tasks as per assigned 

Job Requirements

  • High School/Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in managerial role would be added advantages
  • Prior working experience in outlets management would be added advantages
  • Own Transport needed

Through the years Penang Road Famous TeoChew Chendul has managed not just to live its rich history but create it; from a roadside Chendul stall to Penang Asam Laksa, to Rojak, to opening Chendul outlets and much more.

Today, Mr. Tan Chong Kim together with his family is living its legacy to bring simple happiness by providing the best and freshest Chendul to their customers.

As Penang Road Famous TeoChew Chendul is being appreciated in Malaysia, it earnestly aspires to be widely known not just locally but internationally. It will continue to pursue its best quality with rich history to bring Chendul to the world.
