Job Description

  • Manage inventory databases and systems.
  • Coordinate incoming and outgoing shipments.
  • Process orders and invoices.
  • Perform data entry tasks to update records and transactions.
  • Communicate with suppliers and customers.
  • Assist in scheduling deliveries and pickups.
  • Generate reports on inventory levels and transactions.
  • Provide administrative support to warehouse team.
  • Perform any tasks as assigned.


Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Additional certification or training in office administration or related field is a plus.
  • Min 1 year of experience in the Food and Beverage industry
  • Good in communication skills 
  • Able to perform simple arithmetic
  • Focus, high accuracy and consistency
  • Proficiency in data entry with a high level of accuracy.
  • Familiarity with inventory management software.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Basic knowledge of warehouse operations and terminology.
