- Managing joining formalities, follow up and induction process with the candidate
- Leaves/attendance management
- Stock keeping stationery/ consumables in the office with proper record
Job Requirements
- Strong experience required in end to end recruitment in the Digital Marketing domain
- Hiring experience in Social Media Marketing, Community Manager, Influencer Marketing, etc., would be added advantage
- Experience in working on job portals is a must-have or other portals is a plus
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Human Resources Management from Premium Institutions
- Should have sufficient Linked In connections as per experience
- Should have good communication skills (Written & Oral) in English and Chinese Languages
- Good negotiation and consultative skills
- Working knowledge of the computer - Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and Internet
- Excellent communication skills, flexible and willing to learn, proactive and positive attitude
- Experience in Blockchain/Cryptocurrency domain would be a plus
