Job Description

• Responsible for preparing financial reports promptly and accurately.
• Support finance and administrative tasks on a daily basis.
• Ensure timely completion of monthly/quarterly reporting, including analytical reviews.
• Manage timely and accurate close processes for submission to Group Finance.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and Group policies.
• Submit all relevant documents to authorities accurately and on time.
• Prepare tax forecasts, coordinate with tax agents, and manage tax compliance matters.
• Coordinate with external auditors for annual statutory audits and ad-hoc audits.
• Collaborate with internal auditors for internal audits and implementation of action points.
• Work with bankers on banking-related issues.
• Monitor cashflow and alert on any potential concerns.
• Coordinate with operators and joint venture partners for submissions and management accounts.
• Track budget utilization by operators and joint venture partners.
• Review and ensure accuracy of financial reports from operators.
• Provide monthly P&L forecasts.
• Complete audited financial statements at the entity level.
• Assist in preparing the Annual Report, focusing on Group financial numbers.
• Contribute to the preparation of the Group annual business plan.
• Manage and support the Finance Department in achieving its goals.
