Job Requirements

Responsibilities

Guest Service

• Welcome guests, take orders accurately, and ensure friendly, timely service for every customer.
• Handle customer enquiries and simple complaints with a calm, helpful attitude.

Kitchen & Safety

• Prepare basic menu items, follow recipes, and maintain consistent food quality and portioning.
• Follow food safety and hygiene procedures, keep prep and service areas clean and stocked.

Operations & Sales Support

• Operate the POS and handle cash or card payments accurately at the till.
• Support opening and closing tasks, stock checks, and simple inventory replenishment.

Requirements

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer-facing F&B or retail role.
• Secondary school education or equivalent is preferred.

Hard Skills & Knowledge

• Basic food preparation and safe food handling knowledge.
• Experience with POS systems, cash handling, and simple stock counting.
• Clear spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia for customer interaction.

Soft Skills & Qualities

• Friendly, reliable, and punctual with a positive attitude toward customers and teammates.
• Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and public holidays.
• Quick learner who follows procedures and keeps the workspace tidy.
