You will build a consistent content system that grows our on-ground footfall and online reach. This role mixes hands-on content production with measurable marketing to bring our menu to life.

Job Requirements

Responsibilities

Content Production

• Plan and produce photos, short-form videos, and on-brand copy that showcase our menu and atmosphere.
• Edit and optimize assets for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, our website, and local listings.

Marketing & Campaigns

• Conceptualize and run social campaigns, promotions, and paid ads to grow followers and drive conversions.
• Monitor campaign performance and translate data into clear recommendations for future content.

Brand & Community

• Maintain a consistent brand voice and visual style across all channels and materials.
• Engage with customers online, coordinate influencer shoots, and support local events to strengthen community ties.

Requirements

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum 5 years of marketing or content experience, preferably within F&B or hospitality.
• Portfolio that demonstrates food photography, short-form video, and social campaign work.

Hard Skills & Knowledge

• Strong skills in photography and videography, with practical knowledge of lighting and composition.
• Proficiency with tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Premiere Pro, or Canva, and familiarity with social ad platforms.
• Understanding of social analytics and basic paid media metrics to measure ROI.

Soft Skills & Qualities

• Excellent written communication and an eye for visual storytelling.
• Organised, proactive, and comfortable working closely within a small team.
