Job Description

Production & Operations Supervisor

• Oversee daily production flow from kitchen preparation to packing, retort, isolation, and warehouse transfer 
• Ensure production schedules and output targets are achieved 
• Coordinate manpower and production workflow efficiently 
• Monitor and improve daily production efficiency 

Quality & Food Safety

• Ensure hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety SOP compliance 
• Monitor sealing quality, retort process, product handling, and isolation process 
• Investigate and reduce production defects, bloating, leakage, and wastage 
• Ensure proper cleaning and sanitation practices are carried out daily 

Staff Management

• Supervise production workers and foreign workers 
• Monitor attendance, discipline, productivity, and work quality 
• Conduct daily briefing and task arrangement 
• Train workers on SOP, hygiene, and operational standards 

Reporting & Improvement

• Maintain production records, checklists, and daily reports 
• Monitor stock usage and minimize ingredient/packaging wastage 
• Identify operational issues and propose process improvements 
• Assist management in improving production systems and workflow 

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years experience in food manufacturing, central kitchen, FMCG, or pet food production 
• Experience managing production workers and foreign workers 
• Strong leadership, discipline, and problem-solving skills 
• Hands-on and able to work on production floor 
• Detail-oriented and responsible 

Preferred Experience

• HACCP / GMP / ISO22000 knowledge 
• Food production experience 
• ERP or production tracking system experience

Working Schedule:
5.5 working days depending on production schedule and operational requirements.

Monday to Saturday
9am to 6pm (1 hour break)
